By downloading, accessing, or using The Seeks Academy Mobile App or Web Dashboard, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our digital platforms.

2. Account Security

As an enrolled student or authorized parent, you are granted a distinct set of credentials. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this account. DO NOT share your password with peers. Any malicious activity traced back to an account will be the responsibility of the account holder.

3. Digital Platform Conduct

  • The communication modules (messaging teachers and staff) are strictly for academic inquiries.
  • Use of abusive, inappropriate, or non-academic language on the platform will lead to immediate account suspension and campus disciplinary action.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the exam result portal or attendance database is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, access to the platform may occasionally be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the app is unavailable at any time.

5. Changes to the Terms

The Seeks Academy reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page periodically to take notice of any changes we make.
